Waranty & Repair policy

Products manufactured by Metrel are warranted for two years from date of shipment. Items not manufactured by Metrel such as modems, Ethernet adapters etc. are covered by respective manufactures warranties.

For all repairs, the customer pay freight to the factory. Metrel pays freight back to the customer if the repair is covered under warranty. Out of warranty repairs are shipped FOB factory.

You must first obtain an RMA number from Metrel (Return Material Authorisation) before shipping any equipment for repair. Equipment and accessories without an RMA will not be accepted.
