Partners, who actively carry out training of customers, achieve greater success than inappropriate ones who do not carry.   Customers like to purchase the Metrel product, when they find that we also offer added-value product knowledge and tools to assist in detecting errors.

It is important that we try to approach to each market in the field of informing and educating of potential customers and users.
We successfully exploit rooms equipped for practical demonstrations of the Metrel products to support of the education partners.

We are conducting training programs in organization of the Academy Metrel at site of our customer on fee base as well as free trainings as indirect marketing and promotional of Metrel products.

Market interesting is a special form of one-day customized program for that can attend any number of listeners from the same company. Training consists of theoretical lectures, practical demonstration of the measurements, and the introduction of users for works.

Partners and distributors

Metrel d.d. is performing multi-day trainings for partners and distributors. Training for partners can be performed in Metrel or at partner’s site.

Education in Metrel is supported by appropriate literature. Partners and training visitors receive handbooks on the knowledge of using products, and guides on testing and verifications for each area.

Product managers, developers, colleagues from quality department, service and test laboratory are cooperating in various forms of education. In agreement with partners, the trainings consist of one to three sets:

  • Application and Technical Product use - for education and informing partners, and theirs sales and technical staff with new developments, opportunities and benefits of Metrel products. Partners are acquainted with the methods of application and fields of the instruments usage.
  • Repair and Adjustment - intended for repairers in the Metrel sales network.
  • Calibration - intended for operators on calibration of instruments for Metrel partners.


In agreement with a partner, we can provide additional verification of qualifications for partners’ stuff.
The appropriate Certificate is issued after completing the training / establishing knowledge.
