RMA

You must first obtain an RMA number from Metrel (Return Material Authorisation) before shipping any equipment for repair. Equipment and accessories without an RMA will not be accepted.

RMA - Short for returned materials authorization, an alphanumeric identifier used by hardware manufacturers that indicates a user has been authorised by a company representative to return a product to the manufacturer for repair.

(Please be diligent when packing the product you intend to ship for repair to mitigate possible additional damage during transport.)
