S 2115 Safety Module with current limitation
The S 2115 Safety Module with current limitation is a two-part safety system intended for EOL testing applications with less stringent safety requirements – those where high voltage testing procedures are merely limited to currents up to 3 mA. One part of the system (S 2115/1 Safety system with HV current < 3 mA) incorporates resistors, which are connected in series with the high voltage measurement circuit and reduce the output power (short circuit current < 20 mA).

The other part (S 2115/2 Current limiter) contains a current monitor that prevents the testing current from exceeding 3 mA. If the current does exceed this value, the module immediately disconnects the measuring circuit from the rest of the testing / production line.
The S 2115 Safety Module with current limitation will be launched together with other parts of the EOL testing suite.
