We would like to introduce another layer to what is the foundation of our collaboration with you in regard to our products and services – in other words, technical support just got enhanced. Metrel Knowledge Base, as we have named it, is a comprehensive online repository containing FAQs, applications guides and instructions, how-to articles and tips. This repository, which is for now only in English and German, is constantly updated with new information – a product of interaction with you, our trusted partner/distributor and end users who contact us directly.

You can access the Metrel Knowledge Base through the Metrel’s main website (go to Support and then to FAQ) or through a direct link (down below). We strived to make the site as easy to use as possible and have therefore decided on a simple file explorer structure, divided into four parts:
- Applications and tips (applications guides, how-to articles and tips).
- Firmware update instructions (firmware update instructions for some Metrel instruments).
- Software troubleshooting (instructions for various, mostly compatibility, software issues).
- Technical support instructions (instructions for using Metrel Helpdesk).
