Metrel RMA: more careful packaging

We are coming across more and more products, send for repair through the Metrel RMA service, which bear signs of damage that could have occurred only during transit. We have raised this issue with the delivery companies that deliver the RMA packages and were informed that the culprit is shoddy packaging on the part of the senders.

| Regardless of who exactly is at fault here, we kindly implore you to be more diligent when packaging the products you intend to ship for repair. Wrap the products in several protective layers and pack them in the sturdiest box you can find – use environmentally-friendly materials if possible. Nobody wants to incur unnecessary costs that could be easily avoided, the least our loyal customers that have sent us their trusty tools to be given a new breath of life. |
