Metrel is removing all CDs from accessory sets!

As you probably already know, we are in the process of (completely) removing CDs (with user manuals and software) from accessory sets of virtually all our products (this was communicated to you in two separate newsletters some time ago – look below). This process was originally envisioned to happen gradually, in several phases and encompassing a growing number of products (not all at once).

However, due to technical challenges of uploading a very large number of user manuals to the Metrel documentation center and the simultaneous generation of unique QR codes, we are forced to implement a temporary solution that encompasses all the products. We have decided to upload all the user manuals not yet on Metrel documentation center to our Metrel Download Center. End users will now be able to download user manuals (in any supported language) at the product page on the website (example below) or at the Metrel Download Center (through search).

Still, work on Metrel documentation center hasn’t stopped, and new content is uploaded every day. We are doing our best to get the online documentation center up and running at 100 % capacity as soon as possible.
