New instruction manual: MI 3309 BT DeltaGT

Due to several recent changes to safety standards for electrical equipment testing, we have updated instruction manuals for some of our testers, including the MI 3309 BT DeltaGT. The updated instruction manual now contains information about the new EN standards: EN 50699 (VDE 0702) Recurrent Test of Electrical Equipment and EN 50678 (VDE 0701) General procedure for verifying the effectiveness of the protective measures of electrical equipment after repair.
