New FW Upgrade for MI 3215 & MI 3211

We have identified an issue with firmware in MI 3215 TeraOhmHP 15 kV and MI 3211 TeraOhmHP 10 kV testers – non-controlled rewriting of a measurement constant. It presents as an Err2 or Err3 error response (on the touch screen).

We have created new firmware for both testers (available at URLs below), which solves this issue.
