New firmware (MI3360 _ FW _ 1.14.33.208f9696) is also available through SW 1201 Metrel Electrical Safety Manager (MESM) or can be downloaded directly from the product pages of supported testers (under the Firmware section).

IMPORTANT: To avoid any potential data loss, we strongly recommend transferring all data from the tester’s microSD card to SW 1201 Metrel Electrical Safety Manager (MESM) before proceeding with the firmware update.
