We continuously upgrade our products, including accessories, which are often significantly upgraded or replaced with new, better ones. But the decision is not always ours and we are sometimes subject to general technological advance and availability. This is the case with the A 1321 Barcode scanner and A 1545 QR/barcode scanner, since they were declared technologically obsolete by their manufacturer, withdrawn from production/sale and replaced by newer, more advanced models.
We were therefore compelled to replace them with the A 1652 Barcode scanner for identification of barcode labelled appliances and A 1653 QR-barcode scanner for identification of barcode labelled appliances. Both new scanners are visually identical and differ only in hardware/capabilities (barcode and QR/barcode scanning). They are more ergonomic, have better autonomy, enabling longer scanning sessions and have intuitive LED indicators for scanning, Bluetooth connectivity and battery status. They are compatible with the same instruments as their predecessors.
