As a high-tech company at the cutting edge of technological advance and a leader in many areas of electrical testing and measuring we don’t invest significant talent and resources in just developing new instruments and testers, but also complementary accessories, which are a crucial component for reliable and accurate measurements.
Think about it. Probes, clips, clamps and other sensors are accessories that are in physical contact with the measured object and are the starting point of electrical signals before they reach the instrument or tester where they are evaluated. Any issues with proper, reliable contact result in unusable measurement data and wasted time in the field.
This is especially true for clips, which often struggle with reliable contact on measured objects of unusual shapes or very large or very small dimensions. An additional issue when working in high-voltage (HV) environments is offering appropriate safety (high overvoltage category) from the possibility of an electric shock or electrocution.
We have developed an entirely new line of crocodile clips for general use and use for HV measuring applications that tick the boxes for ease of use and appropriate overvoltage category (for clips for HV applications). Not only that, we have expanded our accessory portfolio with clips with attached cables and connectors for specific instruments and have upgraded standard sets of several existing instruments and have even added new sets for some of them.
