Metrel newsletter NEW PRODUCT: MI 3115 PV Analyser  The number of 1500 V photovoltaic installations is rapidly increasing and so is the need for electrical safety testing of such installations and the reason why we developed the MI 3115 PV Analyser. It is the first Metrel photovoltaic electrical installation tester designed for testing 1500 V photovoltaic installations. Most important features: Measurements of insulation and the I/U characteristic in 1500 V PV systems in a single instrument. An auto test function for IEC/EN 62446 category 1 tests. Wireless (Wi-Fi) remote unit for measuring (and logging of) irradiation and cell temperature of PV modules. Calculation of STC values and comparison with nominal data. PV modules database handler. Correction of previously wrongly entered parameters of an already executed measurement or a group of measurements.
