We strive to give its customers complete product support, from product training and technical support to repair services. Most of this services are organized in two tiers, with the first one being our distributors and trusted partners. They are supplied with complete technical documentation and have received comprehensive product training and can determine whether the device requires repair and if they can service it themselves.
In case the damage is more extensive, they will transfer the customer’s instrument to our service department. We do not accept requests for repair directly from end users.
Keep in mind that warranty is void if the product was damaged as a consequence of not following the instruction manual.
